ABSOLUTELY NO LATE OR WALK-IN REGISTRATIONS

Please have scouts bring their blue cards signed by their Scoutmaster. Printed Merit Badge Worksheet(s) are highly recommended.

Registration must be completed by Troop leader only.

Remember...Two deep leadership is required by BSA.  Please make sure that you have enough adults at camp.  They can be AdvanceCamp volunteers or paid attendees, but they need to be present. 

ALL UNITS THAT ARE CAMPING OVERNIGHT MUST REGISTER ONLINE. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Each troop that camps overnight is required to abide by BSA rules for overnight camping by a troop as outlined in the Guide to Safe Scouting.  This includes the new policies that take effect on 9/1/2023 and are listed at https://www.scouting.org/health-and-safety/gss/gss01/  AdvanceCamp does not have additional leaders who may act as troop leadership in the camping area overnight.

Registration Fee for Scouts includes most merit badges, camp patch, and Friday night camping.  Archery, Basketry, Cooking, Indian Lore, Leatherworking, Lifesaving, Plumbing, Programming, Robotics, Sculpture, Search and Rescue, Swimming and Welding have an additional $30 fee. Partial Merit Badges and Partial Archery are $15.

Aviation has an additional fee of $75.00 per scout this year as each scout will have the opportunity to fly in an aircraft from Buchanan Field in Concord.

ALL ADULTS MUST REGISTER. Registration Fee for Adults includes: camp patch, Friday night camping and training in the registration fee!  ** NOTE TIMES ON SM/ASM TRAINING: AM 8:30 - 12:30 or PM 12:30 - 4:30 Only need to sign up for 1 class. **

Early Registration $65.00 July 1 – August 15

Regular Registration $85.00 August 16 – September 9

Late Registration $105.00 September 10 – September 15 at 5:00 pm

NO LATE OR WALK-IN REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED

Requests for refunds must be received by September 15th.
